Where is Inky Hot Mess located?
We are located at 93 Castle Street in downtown Geneva, New York. Parking is readily available in municipal lots or on street. Please watch the signs about the days and times of parking especially during the winter time. The municipal lots in downtown Geneva are free.

Street parking is available on Castle Street and Linden Street. 

There are 3 municipal lots close to Inky Hot Mess. The closest lot is on Castle Street and Elm Street. A few blocks away are two municipal lots. One is on Linden Street and Seneca Street. The second one is on Exchange Street. There are signs for the Farmer's Market at the entrance.

How do I pre-register for a Craft Day or Workshop?
You can register online or by stopping our shop in downtown Geneva.

Does Inky Hot Mess accept credit cards or debit cards?
Yes, we accept debit and credit cards with the following logos Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept Apple Pay at our shop in downtown Geneva.

Does Inky Hot Mess accept checks?
We accept checks are our retail shop in downtown Geneva only. We accept local checks ONLY with a valid New York State license which has a local address and local telephone number. All returned checks are subject to a $35 returned check fee. Inky Hot Mess reserves the right to refuse any check.

How much is shipping? 
Shipping is calculated based on the weight of your order, distance the package has to travel, and size of the box. You have the option to estimate your shipping in our shopping cart. Once your package leaves Inky Hot Mess, we are not responsible for the delivery of your package. We maintain proof of shipping for all packages including tracking numbers. Delivery is the responsibility of the shipping company.

What is the return policy for Inky Hot Mess?
Returns are only accepted on unopened, packaged items. ALL paper items (including paper, cardstock, stickers, chipboard, etc), stamps, dies, stencils, and embossing folders are not returnable. Store Credit only for the returned item. Returns must be made within 10 days of purchase with receipt. Inky Hot Mess reserves the right to refuse any returned item. ALL online orders need to send an email to office@inkyhotmess.com for an RMA number. Any return sent without an RMA number will be refused and no credit given. Special Orders are not returnable nor are they refundable.

There's an item missing from my order. Help!
If an item is missing from your package, you must contact Inky Hot Mess at office@inkyhotmess.com within 3 days. 
 
Backorder Policy
Inky Hot Mess does not backorder any item. If an item is out of stock when your order is shipped, your packing invoice will be noted and a refund will be issued to you.
 
Clearance Items Policy
Clearance items are not returnable. 

Preorders and Special Orders Policy
Orders containing Preorder items and Special Order items will be held until ALL items arrive at our shop. We only ship complete orders. We are unable to cancel orders for Preorder items and Special Order items. Preorder items and Special Order items are not returnable.
